We deliver to Nairobi and surrounding areas directly, and to other towns and counties across Kenya via trusted courier partners. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your area, message us on WhatsApp with your location and we'll confirm.

2. Delivery timelines

Typical delivery timelines are:

• Nairobi and immediate environs: same-day to next-day delivery, subject to stock and order confirmation time
• Other major towns: typically 1–3 business days via courier
• Remote or rural areas: typically 2–5 business days, depending on courier coverage

These are estimates, not guarantees — actual delivery time can be affected by courier capacity, weather, or public holidays. We will keep you informed via WhatsApp if a delay is expected.

3. Delivery cost

Delivery cost depends on your location and the courier service used. We'll quote the exact delivery fee for your order during the WhatsApp conversation, before you make payment, so there are no surprises.

4. Order updates

Since orders are coordinated through WhatsApp, we'll send you updates directly in the same chat — including confirmation of dispatch and, where the courier provides one, a tracking reference.

5. Receiving your order

6. Self-collection

If you'd prefer to collect your order in person rather than have it delivered, let us know on WhatsApp and we'll arrange a convenient pickup point and time.
