1. About Honor Kenya

Honor Kenya is an independent authorised reseller of Honor smartphones operating in Kenya. We are not Honor Device Co., Ltd. itself, and references to "Honor" on this site relate to the smartphone brand whose products we sell.

2. How buying from us works

This website is a product catalogue. Because prices change frequently with currency movements and stock costs, we do not display live prices on each product page. Instead, every product page includes a button to enquire on WhatsApp, where our team will confirm the current price, configuration, and availability before you commit to a purchase.

3. Pricing and availability

All prices quoted to you via WhatsApp are in Kenyan Shillings (KES) unless otherwise stated, and are valid only at the time they are given — prices can change without notice due to supplier costs and currency fluctuations. Stock status shown on the website (such as "Sold Out" or "Price Updated" labels) is updated periodically but may not reflect real-time stock; final confirmation always happens via WhatsApp before an order is placed.

4. Orders and payment

An order is only confirmed once both the configuration and price have been agreed via WhatsApp and any required payment or deposit has been received. We currently accept the payment methods communicated to you at the time of order. Please verify all order details (model, RAM, storage, colour where applicable) before payment, as mistaken orders may incur delays or restocking considerations.
